Take a peek on social media and you’ll see that the Easter Bunny is in town! Shoppers and retailers have been longing for warmer weather and Easter is the perfect time to celebrate. According to the National Retail Federation’s Easter Spending Survey the average person celebrating Easter will spend $140.62, which includes purchases of apparel, decorations, gifts, candy, food, flowers and more. Many families will also take a trip to the mall to have photos taken with the beloved Easter Bunny.
Center Stage Productions created egg-stra special Easter décor for numerous General Growth Properties shopping centers. We designed and manufactured Easter décor for the bunny including his cheerful home full of bright flowers and decorated eggs of varied sizes, prints and patterns. The bunny’s throne, where photo opportunities take place, is a larger than life sculpted egg. We chose fresh spring hues in a variety of fun patterns composed of polka dots, stripes and argyle. Bunny sets have been placed in highly visible, highly trafficked areas of the malls, to guarantee maximum exposure, like you can see in this photo collage from Bridgewater Commons, NJ.
Both children and adults have been spotted taking photos in the custom designed Easter set. Taking photos with the Easter Bunny is a tradition that is important to many families and they are sharing their special experiences on social media!

Creating an environment that is exciting, fun and meaningful can produce results for your shopping center and set you apart from the competition. The more impressive the décor, the more likely guests will share pictures of it in the digital world, thus increasing the exposure of your shopping center.
